Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds for change of mind or if you do not like the service provided by Bowden Football. However, we will honour all consumer guarantees under Australian consumer law. If you experience a major problem with the service provided by Bowden Football, such as it being unsafe or significantly different from its description, you will be entitled to a refund immediately.
Wet Weather Policy:If training is deemed unsafe by a coach or the school due to, heavy rain, lightning, slippery ground or thunderstorms, we will do our best effort to get it moved to an undercover area at the school. If this is not possible the session will be cancelled, and parents/ guardians will be notified by text. A coach from Bowden Football will still be present to supervise in a safe location any students who are unable to be picked up. If the session is cancelled there will be no makeup sessions or refunds provided by Bowden Football.
Parent Code Of Conduct: It is expected that parents/ guardians encourage their children to always show respect to other children and coaches. They need to ensure children are prepared for all sessions with appropriate uniform and equipment. Parent/ guardians will not enter or interfere with the session unless asked to by a coach. If any concerns arise, they should contact Alec Bowden on PH:0407 295 119 or Email: alec@bowdenfootball.com to resolve any problems in a timely matter. You are not to take any photos or videos of other children at any point of the program. Parents/ guardians will not approach or attempt to approach other children during the program unless instructed to by a coach.
Student Code Of Conduct:All students are expected to always listen and show respect to the coach and other children in the group. They should uphold the school’s values and expectations throughout all sessions. Students must inform the coach if they are leaving the sessions for any reason to ensure they are always safe. Once the sessions are finished students must leave with a parent/ guardian unless the coach has been informed of different.
